Apple released their fifth “home-made” apps – MobileMe Gallery which is free on Apple’s App Store, allowing users to view photos and videos from mobileMe through their iPhone or iPod Touch.
MobileMe Gallery App allow you to select albums, flip back and forth like in your iPhone photo app, it also include pinch and zoom rotating and so on. What’s cool is that MobileMe Gallery for iPhone also includes offline caching, thus you will be able to view your photos that you have viewed before even without any internet connection! To me it works very similar to DropBox’s Photo Gallery’s function and MobileMe’s iDisk, but its interface is much more beautiful.
What’s different from dropbox is that MobileMe Gallery has this option to share content with your friends by just choosing their names from contacts or by entering their mobileMe’s ID.
As the apps allows users to view their personal/hidden photos/folders thus user got to enter their username and password and a mobileMe subscription is required.
Belows are some listed features of the MobileMe Gallery App in iTune Store which is available now and its FREE!
- Browse through photos like native iPhone’s Photo App, includes pinch and zoom.
- Rotating photos to landscape mode.
- View entire gallery of MobileMe gallery including password protect albums.
- View your friend’s gallery and videos
- Access previously viewed photo and video
- Can share link with ease

[...] MobileMe users not only can find their iPhone’s location, they can also Play sound on your iDevices so you can find it easier even if it is on vibration mode. Other than sending message to your device, you can also remotely lock or wipe off your data in the device to prevent anyone from using them if it is lost/stolen. [...]
